information to see if it is correct)
Your estimated shipping charges will come up once you click on PROCEED WITH
CHECKOUT.
NOTE: These shipping charges are based on the Continental United States. Hawaii
and Alaska has to be shipped UPS Second Day Air which will have additional
shipping charges. Also, Orders that must be shipped in oversized boxes and
special orders will have additional shipping charges.
5.) Once
you have checked all the information to see if it is correct click on SUBMIT
SECURED ORDER

SHIP UPS AND THEY CAN NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR MILITARY APO'S)
ON OCCASION WE

SPECIAL ORDERS: are shipped in
oversized cartons via ABF Trucking and will have an additional cost for
shipping. (Approx: $600.00 to $800.00 or more depending on where it will be
shipped)
PayPal Customerswe
will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional shipping charges.
If you have your own freight carrier we possibly can arrange for your own
carrier to pick up and deliver.
We have to order the above items and are considered a Special Custom
order. We will charge your card up front since these items are special ordered

Special Orders: We stock some of
these items in minimal quantities. If your item is not in stock we will ship it
when it comes in. It usually takes approximately 1 - 2
weeks delivery except for the mirrored products, some neon clocks and the larger products which
could take 4 - 12 weeks. Your charge card will be charged before we place your
order with the manufacturer. When an item is shipped in an oversized package we
add the additional shipping charges to your charge card. Such as Mirrors and
heavier - larger
items such as the outdoor furniture.
RETURN POLICY:
YOU MUST
CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR ORDER BACK TO
US OR WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT.
FULL REFUND OR CREDIT LESS S and H and I WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, AFTER 14
DAYS AND BEFORE 30 DAYS WE WILL ADD A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
NO REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS.

THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU INCLUDING SEALED AND UNOPENED
SHRINK WRAP.

THEN CONTACT US AND WE WILL SHIP YOU A REPLACEMENT.
NOT WORKING OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY
ITEMS:
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT WORKING OR NOT WORKING PROPERLY MUST
BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND MUST HAVE A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT.
AFTER 14 DAYS YOU WILL HAVE TO
CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER YOUR WARRANTEE.
